Help - close programs to prevent information loss

Hi,



I have Win7 Home Premium (32 bit) with 4gb ram.



I used to have Corsair Force3 SSD and set it up per recommendations and never had issues with too little memory.



The drive was faulty and swapped out under warranty for a Corsair Force GT.



Again I set it up per recommendation but I continue to get this error message "close programs to prevent information loss"



I assume it has to do with the page file? Will a ramdrive be of any use?





Please advise on how to get rid of this message - it is driving me nuts?
