water cooling Domi ator Platinum

I know, I do not need to. But, I want to cause my whole pc is wter cooled. I have EK modules and water block. The modules cover all but about the bottom 3/16" of the memory chips. I was told by someone that builds many water cooled pcs etc. that it would syill cool efficiently and more than likely still better than air. I trust him but I do not want to possibly cause hot spots on the chips.
