Corsair Obsidian 650D - Need help with long time issue

Hello guys, I'm creating this thread because I'm kinda lost for solutions when it comes to this issue I've been experiencing with my Corsair 650D for a long time now.

For years and years I've been battling the famous dreaded rattle/vibrating noise this case creates (I haven't changed the case itself because I just love it too much), and for all these years I've been naively thinking it was being created by the front mesh + front fan, so in order to eliminate this rattle I re-installed the front fan with thick rubber washers on every screw, so it would be as far away from the mesh as possible, not only that, I also replaced the entire fan with a brand new 200mm fan (just to be sure).

After doing all of this, the rattle KINDA went away so I let it pass, after researching once again online, someone mentioned that the fan controller that came with the case was not that good, and that taking one of the fans off of it would help reduce some of the overall noise, so having nothing to lose I did it, but this did nothing.

So after another long streak of having to deal with this issue, I finally had my eureka moment this past week, after a normal cleaning session of my PC, I re-installed everything and booted it up, and to my surprise, the rattle was very noticeable and incredibly annoying, which drove me absolutely crazy, so in the heat of the moment I removed the windowed side panel just to actually hear up close the source of this rattle, and after removing the side panel, the noise absolutely went away, ABSOLUTELY.

After seeing this, I actually put back the side panel (made sure it was in there good of course) seeing as the noise didn't go away, I started pressing on every inch of the panel just to see if the noise would go away by pressing on the right spot, and yes, pressing it in the lower center part of the panel, just below the window, actually made the noise go away.

So all of this time I've been thinking it was the front mesh + front fan, but it turned out it was the side panel.

I tried putting tiny long pieces of foam in the lower side of the panel thinking it would make the noise go away, but what ended up happening was that the side panel wouldn't close at all. So that was a massive fail on my part.

So please Corsair and forum members, I'm desperate, what can I do? can you help me with this? maybe some of you have dealt with this before?

Thanks and have a nice day.
