K95 No device detected?

Hello! I just purchased my first mechanical keyboard and I'm trying to customize the color keys and when I open the Utility Engine (1.3.91) it says there is no device detected. I've tried the 1 cord connected via USB 3.0 and both coords connected via 2.0, but have had no such luck. Am I doing something wrong? Did I miss something? Any advice/help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
