Raptor M45 Mouse no longer working

Got a new Raptor M45 today and it worked fine, I installed the firmware and it worked for about an hour and it just stopped functioning. I tried different USB ports and even a different computer and the result is the same: the mouse lights up but is still not detectable in Device Manager. Any help would be appreciated.



I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit.
