I wanted to share my experience with Customer Support: Broken M65

I have an Corsair M65 which I purchased a while back. The sensor was acting up on me, and I had had to slam my mouse down with a force equal to dropping it about 3 to 4 inches from the ground to get it working again.



It was very frustrating, and even though I wasn't looking forward to the long wait and processing times, I decided to try to RMA the mouse. I told them about my problem, and they immediately approved my RMA replacement.



I had to ship out my mouse, and after they take a look at it, they would send me a new one. Unfortunately, this is my only gaming mouse, and I wouldn't want to go without a gaming mouse for a couple weeks. I asked about the express RMA option, and was told to call the number.



After calling the number, a representative immediately answered and I had my new mouse shipped to me in less than 5 minutes. It was a great experience, one which I was not expecting, and I wanted to share my positive experience with others.
