Just bought Corsair H100i cooler, need help

I just bought the corsair H100i cooler going in a new system, but the issue is with the included Y cable that plugs into the pump head and the other 2 ends are supposed to power the fans, but there is no way that I can see possible to plug the fans into the other ends of the y cable to get power to them. The other end of the y cable is not made to accept a plug from the fans that came with the corsair H100i. I can plug the fans into normal 4 pin slots on the MB, but the link software will prob not work correctly if I plug the fans into other ones than the one on the pump head. Please help.
