AX1200i Coil Whine a Reason for RMA?

I'm basically just wondering if I can RMA my AX1200i for coil whine? Yes, I have confirmed that the noise is a high pitch squeal that comes from the power supply under any amount of load (including idle at under 100 watts). The PSU is plugged straight into a wall and is grounded fine.
