First Time Corsair Has Failed Me!

Hello,



I've been waiting near 3 months for a replacement RM1000 PSU (called support). I submitted a ticket half way through the wait to assure I would have a spot in line for a new PSU but still no luck. Online ticket support is non-existant and any time I call in I get the same support agent "Ester" and she says that I need to wait another month to get the PSU. She keeps offering me an HX 800 watt PSU which won't power my rig. Not sure how she got the job considering her tech knowledge base is little to none.

Honestly, if you aren't able to send me a RM series PSU, send me a comparable 1000w+ fully modular PSU. I purchased the RM series for it's silent nature but most of your PSUs are silent to 20% load anyway.
