k95 works fine except G keys

The keyboard works fine with the exception of the programmable macro keys. Macros are not recorded both on hardware and software. I thought my keyboard was defective, got another unit, same problem. I tried reinstalling the software, updating, and changing the bios switch but nothing works. PLease help
