Corsair Link vs Asus AI Suite (Fan Xpert 3)

Just about to order the parts for my new pc, but have a question about cpu/case fan control.



Setup

Mobo: Asus z97 pro

CPU Cooler: h100i

Case Fans: x4



I've read that you should use either CL or Fan Xpert and not both. However I have also read that the h100i runs the software on-board and therefore should not interfere with Fan Xpert. Is this true?



Basically I want to know how to control all my fans as best as possible?

If that means using just Fan Xpert, then should I get the h105 as its the same price? Will I be missing out on much with no CL?
