CPU Temp

Hi all, just wanted to know if my cpu temp 40c at idle is ok or to hot. I have a corsair h80i water cooling kit.AMD FX-8150 processer, Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 Mobo, G.Skilll's ripjaws 32 gb, Corsair RM1000 PSU, 2x AMD Radeon 7700 Series, Cooler Master HAF X Blue Edition Case, There's plenty of airflow with all the fan's I have on it. Over Clocked to 4.2mhz. Please help. Thank You.
