HX 1050 fan noise

Hello,

I finished my new build about 4 months ago. It included an HX 1050, which I thought would be overkill for the system (4790K, SLI set up with 2 GTX 770 cards). However, playing games this power supply spins up to 100% fan speed all the time. It is extremely noisy, I need to crank the volume on the games just to hear it over the power supply. This does not sound like it should be normal. I shouldn't be running more than about 60-70% of the load for this power supply, and the temperatures are in the 35-42 degree range for the CPU, and about 55 degrees for the GPU's.

What is the RMA process? Is there a way to send my power supply back after I get an RMA replacement -- I really don't want to be without a computer for that long. Is there an exchange policy to upgrade if the 1050 just isn't capable of running the system properly?
