PC Domination t-shirt entry!

Hi.

This is my old new PC. The new configuration hasn't BEEN done yet.I am still waiting for a few components such as graphicscard (Asus R9 290-DC2 OC) and SSD. For the image's sake I mixed up the old components with the new ones in order to be functional.

System specifications:

Motherboard: MSI Z87 GD65 Gaming

Processor: Intel Core i7-4770k

Video Card: (Asus ENGTX460 DirectCU TOP)

PSU: Corsair CX600

RAM: Corsair 2X4GB KIT DDR3 1600MHz CL9 XMS3

HDD1: Samsung 650GB

HDD2: Western Digital 1TB Green

CPU Cooler: Corsair H80

Case: Cooler Master HAF X

Need help

I have got a Carbide 500R last week. The front USBs dont work and neither do the 2 front fans. They light up both of them but they dont spin. The side fan does spin and light up.

There was a wire unattached when I first opened the box (it wasn't solded)

I have tried to contact with Corsair twice so far but they don't answer. It's been 4 days already. I need an rma. what can I do?

GPU and standert build entry

Here is my small build what creating slowly i extremely need to upgrade my cpu looking for 3570k and then i will be happy to buy h100i and make some good oc but that will be for other time:)

specification info

MOBO-gigabyte z77x-d3h 1.1

CPU-intel i3 2120

gpu-msi gtx760 Hawk

hdd-WD black 500gb wd5003azex

case- corsair 200r

psu-corsair rm650

sound card-asus xonar dgx

ram-Kingston khx1600c9d3/4g and khx1600c9d4b1/4g

GPU entry

tried to puch a bit my gtx760 hawk results is a bit disappointed because i was able to clock speed bust poorly when memory so high results can see in picture gpu mark results but nvidia gpu boost 2.0 did great job and went much higher

physic scores is really low because in all physic test fps was around 9-14 except ice storm (100-120) what is horrible when graphic tests was at least 300-500% better so cpu in combined tests was real bottleneck and pulled down card

Unable to Control Fan Speed On My H80i

As the title says, I'm unable to control the fans on my H80i; and yes, they're load as hell with a loud. The only fans I can control are the fans on my r9 290s. I just recently installed my H80i, an RMA from months ago, and I'm a little disappointed coming back to it. I figured all the little kinks like these would have been ironed out already. Anyone have a clue? I'm trying to update the firmware on my unit, but I don't see it as an option.
