cssd-f60gb2-a driver not recognised in Win 8.1 install

Hi all,

It's been nearly a week now trying to get win 8.1 to recognize my cssd-f60gb2-a, I've almost remembered the product key off by heart!

Bios spotted it, just when I get past typing product key etc, win 8.1 asks which dive to instal but has none listed, so asks for driver for ssd, I browse for driver and there see the ssd - it has folders with music etc on it (no operating sys though)

Lots of duckduckgo'ing to search for driver, no luck.



Anyone see what I am not doing?

Bong noise when system shuts down or while turning on from PSU.Corsair 750 RM

I have a Corsair RM 750 that makes a single click sound (like a switch going off) after the computer turns off or turning ON or going to sleep mode. Anyone else with the psu that experience this? Is this common to Corsair 750 RM or i should get another one? It sounds like a loud bang.

Is this normal?

Requesting express RMA on DRAM?

I have been running the same hardware without any changes for several years, and all timings etc are set to auto.



I am pretty sure one of my DDR2 sticks has a problem. (info in profile)

My PC has started randomly BSODing and Windows memory checker found problems.



I ran memtest86 on the system and it failed.

I re-ran memtest several times on each of my two memory sticks individually.



Stick 1: always passes memtest (I have tested it in each of the memory slots that I have been using.)



Stick 2: consistently fails memtest (I have tested it in each of the memory slots that I have been using.)



I tried to raise a ticket for express RMA (this machine is in constant use) but the only RMA option available was standard.



Is the express service available on memory? and if so how does one request it?



I am located in the UK.

Does the H75 come with thermal compound?

Hi, this is my first build ever and I've bought an H75 liquid cooling unit but I can't see anywhere in the box or manual if it already has thermal compound applied, there is a circular area of something on the part that connects to the CPU but it doesn't look like thermal compound I've ever seen.



I've also googled this and found nothing.

J'ai différentes questions a vous posez ,la premiére qui me viens ,c'est ce léger souffle que j'entend surtout quand il n'y a aucun son (sur le bureau ,le net et les jeux),y a des applications qui accentuent se "souffle"aussi le faite de mettre le casque en 7.1.Y a t'il un moyen de le faire disparaitre ?

Pour ma 2 eme question ,je trouve le temps de charge assez long ,j'en suis plus à 3 heures voir 3h30 que les 2 heures annoncés y a t'il un moyen de le charger plus vite ?

J'avais penser a le charger sur l'adapteur secteur de mon portable ,mais je sais pas si c'est bien conseiller :/

780T and AX1200 CPU cable length

Just got a 780T and transferred my system from the 600T into it. I have an X79 Dark EVGA motherboard with two 8 pin EPS connectors at the top. The problem is that the AX1200 EPS cables won't reach (not long enough) if I attempt to rout the cables around the back so they look better and they are hidden. I had to run them from inside the case and it looks terrible. Corsair doesn't sell EPS extension cables so is it OK to use a third party EPS extension cable from a third party or is there another solution? I am using the optional white cable set bought from the website.

I just recently got a Corsair Vengeance K70 keyboard (ch-9000067), it's not an RGB model.



It says this in the Device Manager: (view attachment)



P.S.- I have downloaded and updated the Corsair Ven. K70 firmware via the update-application.
