Faulty H80i - Started smoking!

Hi Support,



I bought my H80i unit almost 2 years ago. I stopped using it for a while as I upgraded to the H100i, However when I installed the unit on this test build, It doesn't seem to be functioning properly.



The problems I seem to be having are..

> Faulty LED. Can't change colours, only green or off if I'm lucky. Most of the time the light just flickers or just won't work.

> The unit started smoking which I have never seen before of any Corsair product (it actually really surprised and scared me).

> When I installed the y cable into the header, The header snapped clean off the block, ruining the y cable with it. I have to use motherboard headers for now.



I've very rarely ever had a problem with Corsair products, So I just took it as having very bad luck when I got this unit haha. I tried to make do with what I had but I think the pump is now starting to fail.



I tried talking to PCCG (Australia), But they were no help at all. I was hoping that if I talk to Corsair directly, they might be able to replace it or fix it.

If I post the unit to Corsair in California, It's going to cost me almost as much as the unit itself when I bought it...

Help with m65

For a few weeks my mouse (M65) was smooth as butter, but just recently it's started stuttering. Nothing overly major, but every second or so stops moving then starts again. The pointer also drifts sometimes, small stuttering and drifting.



I bought it back in late september, and I've had this issue before. I seemingly fixed it by reinstalling the software and firmware update but it's started up again. Is there a permanent fix for this or do I have to keep reinstalling the software and firmware update every time it acts up?

Corsair Vegence k95 blue switches

So I see that there is a new vengence k95 rgb keyboard coming out with the old sail and flag logo. Is a corsair vengeance k95 rgb blue switch keyboard going to be released before christmas? I really like blue switches and I am wondering if the corsair vengeance k95 rgb will be released with blue.

Corsair Graphite 780T - 360 Radiator Front?

Hallo ich habe mir ein Corsair Graphite 780T gekauft um 2 360 Radiatoren einzubauen.



Oben ist das kein Problem ich frage mich nur wie sich Corsair das in der Front vorgestellt hat?



Bevor ich mir diesen Radiator http://ift.tt/1vriSIL bestellen wollte hab ich natürlich gemessen. Und es ist ziemlich eng entweder dieser passt gerade so oder er ist zu groß und schlägt an die 5,25 Zoll Schächte an. Und dabei ist dieser Radiator schon einer der niedrigeren im Gegensatz zu anderen 360 Radiatoren.



Kann mir nun einer von Corsair sagen ob dieser passt bzw welcher denn passen würde?

Corsair 2000 Headset - short circuit

My corsair headset worked for 2 years. Now suddenly when i connect charge cable it switched off 3 times my laptop. I think my asus has protection or something otherwise it would have blown off.



Anyways any solution? Its discharged completely.



Is it garbage now? This experience do not make me go buy new 2100 because i can tolerate my headset stopped working but switching off my pc when i connect charging cable is a serious problem. Same problem may have with 2100 also.



I know i had good experience with this headset sound quality wise so far.



Anyone had this issue.

K70 RGB Wave effect not combing with other foreground effect on one side

Essentially what I was trying to create is each half of the keyboard alternates flashing red and blue every half a second. I accomplished this by just creating a red background on one side, and blue on the other, then creating 2 solid foreground effects of the opposite color with a 1s duration with the color field to 5th tick, then applied to the respective halves of the keys so it alternates every half a second. Then I created a wave effect at a 135 deg. 2-way angle, at 70 lights/sec and applied it to a third group which covers all of the keys. The whole thing is to simulate police cruiser lights.



The problem is that the "wave" foreground only combines with the "solid" foreground on one side. On the other side, it only plays when it is displaying the background color. Here is a GIF so you can see.



Any idea how to correct this problem? I've gone so far as to completely erase all of the lighting effects and re-create them from scratch, but the same problem happens every time.
