Is this normal?

I just recently got a Corsair Vengeance K70 keyboard (ch-9000067), it's not an RGB model.



It says this in the Device Manager: (view attachment)



P.S.- I have downloaded and updated the Corsair Ven. K70 firmware via the update-application.

I'm building a driver for the RGB keyboards so that us Linux users don't miss out on the cool features. Many thanks to CalcProgrammer1 and others (link to his thread here) for decoding the LED messages - wouldn't have gotten this far without them. I really liked the music visualizer and wanted to restructure it into more of a generic driver, so here's my attempt. :biggrin:



It's very incomplete at the moment, needs more fine-tuning and it's still missing major features like key rebinding or the use of the G-keys, but if anyone else out there uses one of these keyboards with Linux I'd love some testing/feedback. It *should* work with the K70 as well as the K95, although I only have a K95 so I can't test the former. Might be possible to run it under OSX as well. I'll keep the GitHub posted as I make progress.

Terrible Customer Support - Won't respond to RMA request.

How hard should it be to get an RMA??????? My ticket for an RMA has been 'sent' to the Customer Support section where no-one has even looked at it for the last 10 business days. Meanwhile, i'm stuck with a $130 block of aluminum and plastic that I can't even use. The Vengeance K70 keyboard that I bought new barely worked for a WHOLE MONTH before it broke - stopped doing anything, not working in windows, in bios, completely not detected by USB on any computer, and i've tried 3 different ones.



Corsair - My ticket number is 6535191 if you care to take a look at it. I've called, submitted a ticket, and updated the ticket multiple times. Still waiting on a response and RMA from YOU.

Corsair CUE won't start at startup

K70 RGB AZERTY, FR layout



Hi, since the begining, I have to manually start CUE. I tried uninstall/reinstall, update etc. Nothing changed.



So, I'm trying to schedule a windows task to workaround this.



Here is my question : Is there a silent switch for the CUE software (tried /s won't work) ?

Refurb Corsair AX750 Power Issues

I'm have a problem with my PC which I set up new recently where I cannot start the PC up normally after shutting it down. In order to start my PC i need to either hold down the power button for about 15 seconds and then press it one time after or unplug the power directly and then back in.



Is this a problem with the PSU? I've read elsewhere that it can be the Motherboard but I have done a default restore on the board and it's made no difference.



Can anyone help?



I have a Corsair AX750 Refurbished PSU.

Corsair Gaming K70 RGB Differences

Interested in picking up a used Corsair K70 RGB.



It seems like NCIX no longer carries the older one with the regular logo and only carries the newer Corsair Gaming branded ones.



Is it a matter of just the logo being different or are there differences that I should be aware about?



P.S. Not a fan of the new logo.

Hello. I just bought new PSU Corsair RM Series 750W Modular 80Plus GOLD.

So i got everything up and running, BUT now when i turn on the system it makes a quiet tick noise ? I must RMA or this is normal?
