H100i/Link 2.6.5214/NF-F12 PWM Fan problem

As the title says I have a problem with my setup. I can only use Quiet and Balanced modes. In performance mode my fan speeds stay maxed @1388 rpm.

My Noctua fans have a max rpm of 1500 ! I'm not using Low Noise cables so whats the deal? Any feedback most appreciated.
