Not detecting h100i

Hi, I just built my first pc, and I'm incredibly new to this, now I thought everything went alright, well.. my corsair link will not read my h100i, nor does windows recognize it, and I went into the registry to search for VID_1B1C&PID_0C04. to change the values for the common registry edit fix and it doesn't show a folder named that at all,



Can anyone help me assess my problem?
