Auxillary Fan Issue

Hello there, I have had my H100i for a few months now and love it, besides all the fixes I've had to do =p. I have everything working great, the only problem is I cannot control my auxiliary fan speed and they are stuck full on! Everything is detected and the fans on the H100i itself go up and down on command, LED works as intended, but no matter how I fiddle with the my two auxiliary fans the speed does not change. I have gone through a lot of trouble to get this thing running properly and if I could fix this last bit I would be overjoyed.
