Cannot boot CMX8GX3M2A1333C9 on asus p5q3 deluxe

Dear Forum,

I just bought and installed the 8Gb ddr3 RAM kit (CMX8GX3M2A1333C9) and installed it with the result that my system will not boot anymore (no keyboard light, no monitor signal, no 'BEEP')



I am using an

Intel core 2 Quad Q9550 and an

asus p5q3 deluxe



need further information? I attached a CPU-Z system report.

Any Ideas?
