Corsair H110i GT - Poor performance

First things first, let me post my complete desktop PC setup:

Intel Core i5-4690K

Asus Republic Of Gamers Z97 MAXIMUS VII RANGER

EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB FTW ACX 2.0

Corsair Vengenace 8GB 2133 Mhz

Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ, 1TB

Samsung 840 EVO 250gb

Corsair AX760

NZXT H440 Wit

Brand new Corsair Hydro H110i GT

--> Push/pull in the front of the case with 4 x Noctua NF-A14 PWM: intake.

2 x Corsair AF140 White Led in the top of the case: Exhaust

1 x Corsair AF 140 White Led in the back of the case: Exhaust

So my i5 4690K Is running at stock speeds, 3.5 Ghz and can boost towards 3.9 Ghz @ around 1.07 Vcore.

Whenever I run Prime95 v27.7 or Intel Burntest I reach around 73 to 80 degerees within seconds. These temps are insanely high, even for a stresstest.

Things to consider:

- It doesnt really matter wether I have removed all the case sidepanels or leave them on.

- The pump is set to performance and runs steadily at around 3000 RPM

- The fans are spinning at 50% RPM; boosting them towards performance or 100% has little effect

- I've connected Corsair Link, the 3-pin connector to the CPU 4-pin header, the Sata-connector and all the fans correctly.

- I've tried remounting the CPU watercooler Corsair block with new Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste (using the pea method, done this a hundred times).

- I've reset my bios and reinstalled Corsair Link just in case.

I just dont understand why my temps are THIS high.

IDLE my pc underclocks itself to around 800 - 1600 Mhz and it still reaches around 33 degrees.

Two months ago I had the exact same hardware, only difference was my 730 T Corsair case and the NZXT Kraken X61 watercooler.

I know my current H440 NZXT case isnt the coolest out there, but my X61 was able to cool my CPU to like 50 degrees under Prime95 @ stock CPU speeds.

Here's a screenshot where I run Prime95 for about 10 seconds showing the temps and everything: http://ift.tt/1Eg3tii

Something is wrong and I really have no idea what it is.

Anyone has any ideas on input? :(

Everything is welcome!
