Fan screws for front of obsidian 350D?

Ok, I'm currently busy stuffing my Obsidian 350D case full of corsair cooling fans.

Rear and top mounting locations work with the SP120-pwm (co-9050014-ww) and the fat/short screws that come with these fans that self tap into the rubber corners. But the problem is with the front panel.

The case is fitted with one 140mm fan in the center position using 4 x thin machine screws, about 1/8 thread x 1 1/8 inch. (sorry, imperial measurements aren't my forte)

The fat self tappers won't fit thru the front panel anywhere unless I take to the panel with a drill bit which means stripping the case out completely.

I've tried to match the machine screws but I can't work out what thread type they are. (i'm in aust, primary metric threads). Currently I have two screws in each fan which can't be ideal.

Can anybody help by telling what the specs are on the original screws so I can get more, or how do you mount SP120/140 fans in the front of this case.
