K70 LED Lighting Issue?

I just bought the K70 Vengeance today, and noticed something odd about it upon immediately plugging it in. The "Y" key was lit up as I plugged it in.



Okay, I figured it's some kind of maintenance mode thing, or whatever. So I test out the keyboard to see if the lights all work. They do, but this key seems to stay lit at the same level. It also seems to dim when the other keys are turned up on brightness. As well, it continually stayed lit regardless of the computer being on or off. I can find nothing about this problem online.
