So I am trying to bind a macro or keystroke to one of the G keys. Its just a simple ALT+Z. I am using this in WoW to show hotbars when held down then disappear when let go.
My problem is that I don't see an option to allow it to behave like I am holding down ALT+z and not letting go. If I bind it to say G18 as a keystroke, it will do the ALT+z 1x then act as if I have left go of the G key (which I haven't). This makes my hotbar flash 1x and not stay on the screen when held down. Using the repeat options just makes it go ALT+Z over and over, so my hotbar in WoW will flash which is useless.
Now I can do the same thing using a macro but still get the same results.
Is there no way to make the G keys press a keystroke KEYDOWN when held down and KEYUP when released? It seems to be doing the KEYDOWN and KEYUP even though the G Key is being held down.
