Link Refuses to Work

Like so many others, Link is driving me nuts. I can't get over how buggy this software is. I have an H100i, AX1200i, commander mini, and lighting node. It's all housed in an Obsidian case... These Corsair components are all plugged in to the commander with the Link cables, and the commander and H100i are additionally plugged in to the system via internal motherboard headers. I recently upgraded to the newest version of Link. Now to my three main issues.

1.) All system fans spinning very quickly--plugged into the commander directly or to the H100i. Putting them in quiet, default, or balanced mode changes the speed, but definitely not to how they were pre-upgrade. They were running normally for 2 days after the upgrade and now are not.

2.) The lights have no clue what they are doing. They are on the temperature setting and are supposed to be blue in a normal state. When the CPU is stressed to a point, the top light is to turn red. When the GPU is stressed to a point, the bottom light is to turn red. They sporadically change from blue, to green, to red, yet as I look at the temps they are well below the threshold. In fact as I type this message one of the two lights is a weird, aqua color that I haven't even specified anywhere in the settings. This, like the issue above was fine for 2 days after the upgrade and then changed.

3.) The H100i LED is set to pulse blue, and only blue. It currently pulses blue, then red, then blue, and so on. It repeats this indefinitely. This has been happening since day 1.

I tried reinstalling Link. No luck. I tried downgrading. No luck. Why is it so hard for Corsair to support this and get their product to work like it should. I so regret wasting my money on Link and should have just purchased a 3rd party fan controller like my last rig. What a waste of money. Side note, I tried unplugging all internal USB cables except for the commander--I figured maybe having them plugged in via USB and Link digital cable was causing issues. No luck.
