New H105 cooler install temps are very high under load

I installed an H105 Extreme on my 4790K CPU. Idle temp is right around 30°C but under load (H.264 conversion in Xilisoft DVD Ripper) my temps reach 90-100°C! I have remounted the cooler again with the same results. Anyone have any insights? I used to have a Zalman air cooler on it and it never got this hot!
