RAM Issues on X79s-UP5

ive been having issues with my RAM lately, i have tried all sorts of configurations and for whatever reason i just cant get Diablo 3 to work on my pc - i can play more demanding games just fine but its something with that specific game that, as soon as i create a match on it, the pc hard locks and reboots on its own.



if i remove 3 sticks of ram i can get it to work fine so that kinda points me to the fact that there is something wrong with my ram/mobo.



so far i have tried these:

increase dram voltage to 1.6v

manually set cas on each stick

increase vtt voltage to 1.2v

disable and enable xmp profiles

manually set freq to something lower



also i did run memtest for couple hours 3+ and nothing came up.



my specs are:

i7 3820 @stock

gigabyte x79s-up5-wifi - with f5f bios

antec truepower 750w 80+

corsair cml16gx3m4a1600c9

samsung 840 pro



at this point im pretty much defeated, have no idea what else to try or do

i deleted everything and downloaded the game

formatted my pc
