h2100 wierd static noise

so i have this pssssssss noise whenever i try to call someone on skype. it doenst matter if the person answers the call. this noise instantly kicks in. another thing that i noticed when i launch some games/programs i can hear this noise again.



i bought the headset from london and i live in another country so it will be hard to replace it. however i dont think this is a hardware issue.
