2 weeks later and still no RMA, what gives?

OK my ticket nmuber is 6453574 i have tried for over 2 weeks to get an advanced rma sorted, first i was told told psu was out of stock and i would be called, guess what nothing.



Corsair would it be easier if i buy new PSU and just send you an invoice, i don't mind doing it but some feedback would be nice, I have my new RAM/CPU/Motherboard/SATA Cables/SSD/HDD but i can do nothing till you send me a new PSU, you have screwed my build totally just a answer as to when my advanced RMA will be here, or shoul i buy new and invoice you.
