Fan placement in 750D

I have a 750D waiting to be put together and I've been researching fan placement but can't come to a decision. I know the front panel mesh accessory is coming out but I'm wondering if putting in 2 SP120's in the bottom and taking out the front 140's (I'll be removing both HDD caddies) would give me enough intake. I have a 110i GT in the mail and I'll be sticking with the AF140 in the back exhaust. Do you feel this will create adequate airflow in the case? Will this end up being more of a negative or positive airflow system? I'm not sure since the top fans are running through a radiator.

Also, would you recommend running the 110i in a pull or push config?

h100i corsair link firmware update has completely destroyed my computer

I purchased a h100i today and got it installed very easily. I booted into my desktop like normal and instlled corsair link for win7 64bit. After installing, corsair link prompted me to install new firmware, which I did. Restarted my system, and i am now in a startup repair loop. Even starting in safe mode does not work. I managed to get to my desktop once, but it was extremely slow and unresponsive and i could not start any programs or do anything.

how is it possible for a firmware update for a cooling unit just totally destroy my pc like this? Is there anything i can do? ×win startup repair did nothing after letting it run for three hours.

i cannot believe this.

FX-9590 water cooler?

What's the recommended water cooler for an AMD FX-9590. I know some of these come with their own water cooler block, but if I got one that didn't have one included in it, then what is recommended Corsair block?

Question about 780T 5.25" Bays

I can't find this information any where, so I am coming right to the source. I will be purchasing the Corsair 780T (Black/Red) case in the next week or so. I am going to have an SSD and HDD in it with no optical drives. I will have a 280mm radiator mounted in the top. I know there is SSD mounts on the backside of the case so I will be mounting that there.

My question is, I want to remove all the 3.5" cages for more space, and I want to mount the 3.5" HDD in an optical drive. I do not want a bracket that shows on the front of the case. With the quick release for the 5.25" bays, will I be able to install the HDD using a basic bay adapter such as the one I linked below or is there a better or even official Corsair solution for this?

1500V2, mic cracking issues

When I move my mic, on it's pivot point down or up, bend it in or out, or touch the actual mic itself, a piercing noise comes through the headset. Apparently my microphone works, but the noise I recieve is horrible.

Any help?

How many Amps can the Lighting Node handle?

I am sure I knew this a while back but because of the issues after two years since its release fighting with the Link, I gave up and now I am somewhat coming back. I have a Corsair Link Mini, Lighting Node, 4 big strips of LEDs and the old 3 small individual strips. If someone knows, are the 3 small old strips (3 LEDs per small strip) the same as one of the new 9 LED strips but just soldered together? I want to get a confirmation on that as well. I also was wondering if I can connect the big strips to each individual channel on the lighting node. I know they are .18 amps each as their tech specs say and know the Mini can only handle 2 amps of lighting. Not sure if lighting node can handle all of that.

Also, can I connect some old cooling nodes laying around? I know they've been discontinued but afraid I might get a blowout as I did not too long ago plugging a bunch of stuff on the Mini only to have it almost catch on fire or at least I thought it was. No, I didn't blow it before someone thinks that. Let me break it down to what I had connected to it.

-Had the AX1200i connected via Corsair Link cable to the Mini.

-Had the Lighting Node connected with 3 small strips of LEDs via Corsair Link cable to the mini.

-Had 2 air and 2 water temp probes connected to the temp headers on the Mini.

-Had 2 self powered Swiftech 8-way PWM fan splitters connected each individually to their own channel.

-Had the Swiftech MCP-35X2 connected via specific Y-cable for the pumps to one Mini channel as well.

So no one gets confused, the fans were powered by the fan splitters and the pumps have their own power as well. All they request from the link is the PWM signal.

Long story short, after the Link Mini had a blowout with billowing smoke coming out of its LED hole, my MB and than GPU had a blowout minutes later. Its quite possible the culprit was the AX1200i since I didn't have OCP enabled by default since I was one of the early adopters with the older firmware in the PSU but I did have it for a couple of years prior to the blowout and had no issues on my X58 platform no problem. This all happened on a newly updated X99 build.

Anyways, just thought I'd add more to the story since I am MORE cautious atm since getting everything replaced and I don't feel like going through this ordeal again hence why I am asking how many amps can the lighting node handle. Once I find out how much the lighting node can handle, than I need to know if I should go ahead and connect everything the way I did last time prior to the blowout or use the extra old cooling nodes for each self powered fan splitter as a precaution.

If I can get the green light from a Corsair tech that I could go ahead and connect the splitters to the mini, that would be great. Would save me the clutter it would cause adding two more nodes to the mix which I don't feel like doing and know they aren't supported anymore and might make thinks worse for the Mini and software. (Gasp)

HG10 N780 help

hello i'm thinking of buying the HG10 N780 and i looked up tech sheet and it appears that it supports my msi gaming 3 gtx 780ti but it says i will need a blower fan, where can i find one of these blower fans since i've never owned a ref design gpu.

also it doesn't say which cpu coolers are supported on the bracket but would the h100i worked on the bracket?

m65 + cue start up issue

Hi all

i have an odd issue when i start my computer keyboard (k95) and mouse m65 both rgb) they light up fine it boots windows and opens the cue they flash and the dpi colored light on the mouse turns off and i cant change the dpi until i close the cue and restart cue then the mouse dpi lights up green wich is the setting i like and works fine.

the problem is i have to do this every time i start windows and its getting annoying it seems to be worse since the lastest mouse update is there a a simple fix for this? i have marcos setup or i wouldn't bother with the cue also has any figured out how to change the mouse and keyboard profile at the same time ?

New H80i running hot - Replace thermal paste?

I recently RMA'd my H80i and installation went fine. It's an identical setup to my previous H80i - I simply removed the unit, thoroughly cleaned the paste off and fitted the new H80i.

I notice idle temp is nearly 45C. It used to be 38C.

Running a few tests in Prime95 it's hit 100C so I had to stop the test.

I'm running a very small case so I get fairly high temps. But this new unit is performing considerably worse in identical conditions

I also notice there comes a point where the H80i fluid temp starts rising considerably - it was at 40C when my CPU hit 100C and going up at a rate of almost 0.1C per few seconds.

Long winded post, sorry, but could it be the thermal paste? I'm not ruling out the possibility I screwed up, though the cooler fitted without an issue - went straight down onto CPU and was tightened up without movement on the surface of the chip.

TTL;DR - Any suggestions for thermal paste as mine may be screwed.

Best 12GB pack for Sabertooth X58

Hi guys,

I'd like to get a 12GB RAM pack (3x4) for my Sabertooth X58. I've done the memory configurator but when it comes to 1600MHz RAM (which is what I would like to get) it only suggests XMS memory, or Vengeance but at 2000 MHz. For the Sabertooth X58, it says this Vengeance 2000 MHz is ok and XMP verified:

CMZ12GX3M3A2000C10

I would like to and can get:

CMZ12GX3M3A1600C9

so basically the exact same memory but lower clock speed and timings. Will this work with the X58? It will be combined with an i7 960 CPU.

I could also get this one, but it's more expensive: CMP12GX3M3A1600C9

K70 RGB Indication Lighting Editor question

Hi,

I recently bought the K70 RGB and have been playing with the CUE software and all its elaborate lighting effects. There's one thing I'm not sure about and I didn't find anything in the user guide for CUE to explain. In the indication lighting editor I noticed there are 3 options when you want to make a button an indicator of some description: I know what "Brightness" and "WinLock" do, but I don't know what the "MR" option is :confused:. Can someone please enlighten me? I'm just a little curious about what this is, just in case it's useful to me.

K70 RGB Battlefield 4 profile

Description

Nothing too fancy like waves or ripples, just some of the key controls in Battlefield 4 which are coloured differently (e.g. blue for Space bar, green for WASD, etc). When pressed each one fades from red back to its original colour. There are two different modes within the profile; one which has an added twist related to the WinLock function (see below video for more :winking:), one without it. If you want more of the keys coloured the same as others you can easily copy and paste the lighting from one key to another, but at least it's a starting point for those who are interested.

Headset Glitching Out

For Christmas I received the Corsair Vengeance 2100. It worked fine until a week ago. I was playing Minecraft with my friends on Skype, then suddenly i couldn't hear anything. When it came back i couldn't hear my game and all of my friends said that my Mic sound like a robot. The only way i could fix this is by restarting my computer. Even so it keeps happening.

Corsair Vengence h2100

I had my corshair headset charging and on my head when i leaned backwards and stretched the cable so far back that it dropped out of the headset. Now, after this, when i try to connect my headset i just get a bzzz sound and the volume bar, but no actual sound nor mic. It's not out of battery, cause it does connect, yet there's a permanent orange/amber light where i plug in the charger in the headset.

Any help or ideas would help alot! Thanks

Trouble with mounting SSD onto 650d

Help! The only possible way to mount an ssd into the 650d tray leaves no room for attaching the power connector, as the drive sits to far back in the carrier. All the connectors from the PSU are right angled and the drive when attached lays too flat, and too far back in the carrier to give any room for attaching the cable. I've tried a SABRENT 2.5 to 3.5 Inches Internal Hard Disk Drive attachment but this attachment sits too high in the carrier for it to slide into the bay. Where do I go from here?

Flash Voyager GTX 256 Gb- SSD Toolbox Won't Overprovision, Check for Firmware Update

I just purchased a Corsair Flash Voyager GTX 256 Gb. I am using it on my Microsoft Surface Pro 3 (i3/4Gb/64Gb flash HDD) running Windows 8.1. The Voyager GTX is attached to the USB 3.0 interface on the Surface Pro 3. I formatted the Voyager GTX as NTFS (full format).

The drive is identified by Windows 8.1. Device manager shows it under Disk Drives as Corsair Voyager GTX SCSI Disk Drive.

IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers shows an Intel (R) 8 series SATA ACHI controller- 9c03

Is there anything I need to do to get the Toolbox to work to overprovision and check for updated firmware?

RAM problem on vintage build

Trying to get an old system working again, put in a second hand Asus motherboard and added two 1 GB modules of Corsair RAM I had. First it booted, I got as far as putting Linux on, then suddenly it wouldn't boot and then I started to get the constant beep code that usually means a RAM problem. just wondering if the memory is compatible with the board? (see specs for parts). If it isn't compatible, wondering why not (just for my education).

Corsair Vengeance 1500 V2 - Most useless headset in modern times?

I just upgrade my entire PC to the absolute maximum of what i thought was fair. Everything, with the exception of ram (i just added more) was exchanged to something new - so i dare to say i have a pretty crazy PC.

Now, looking for a headset there was a few i looked at, but I ended up picking the Corsair Vengeance 1500 V2, because i never had a bad experience with anything from Corsair.

Boy, did i get to try that...This headset has the most unbearable whining - which basically makes ANY application that takes control of the microphone (basically any game) useless with this headset. And what is the point of a gamer headset, if it cant be used for gaming?

I made an RMA, thought i was getting my money back, but ended up getting a new pair - and lo & behold, same exact whine.

So what did i learn?

The forums are flooded with people with this complain, so Corsair themselves obviously don't really care.

During the testing, this issue MUST have been present (it's that big an issue), so someone at QA thought "F*** it, we'll ship this!"

The issue is not just on one model, or the first one (V1), these people activly thought nobody would care that the headset was totally crap from day one. I am dissapointed to a new level, Corsair. I don't see how i can ever buy things from you with good concious, let alone let anyone of my many gamer friends do so.

The drivers are hardly any help, it seems to just swtich the frenquency of this issue, but not clear it. Making it pretty freaking obvious this is a cheap hardware, that is trying to be covered up with trampstamp'ed (The new horrible logo) software.

I will RMA my second Corsair Vengenace 1500 V2, later today.

Shame and pity, Corsair - you guys should know better. :(:

Key lighting not showing on numbers

Hi, I just bought the K70 and have it setup. My problem is that the characters on the number keys are lit up but the numbers are not. How can I fix it?

Corsair 250D case with 2 closed loop hydro coolers?

Has anyone tried the 250D with 2 of the single-fan closed loop coolers?

I have an HG10 GPU cooler attached to a H55 closed loop cooler, and wondering if I could use that in the 250D case, along with another H75 for the CPU?

Could the H55 and H75 fit into the double fan radiator space on the 250D?

H110iGT Vibration

I just got my H110IGT yesterday and had it all setup in my 900D this morning ive started to notice a pulsing vibrating sound. So I opened up the case to check put my hand on the water block cant feel anything vibrating but the hoses feel like they a vibrating along with the radiator.

Any ideas?

K70 Spacebar not textured as advertised!

I received my new K70 today and was very pleased with it initially. The cherry mx reds and brushed aluminum finish make this a much much better keyboard than my previous Razer Blackwidow Chroma. However, I remember seeing the spacebar textured in reviews, product images, and even on the box I received!

This isn't the end of the world and I can live with the smooth spacebar however I would much prefer the textured spacebar. I've read that this was a design change to the K70 to cut costs, however, AT LEAST change the art on the box. I have also read hear that Corsair James is the guy that can help me with this issue. So, if you're reading this, please give me your input.

Help with Corsair Link and Rm750

I have an RM 750 and a new H60 Hydro Series cooler. I noticed this little "C-Link"

,but I never payed attention to it until I got my new cooler.

It came with some cables but I don't know where to hook it up and I don't even know what's it for.

I think it's for monitoring fan or psu temps,but I could be wrong.

I read some info from corsiar about hooking it up but I think I need another chord or something.

Why would they add the feature and then add one of the two or three required connectors in the box ?

That's what's confusing me....

I used the tracking number they sent me in the email on FEDEX's website and the tracking information says it was signed and delivered to Atlanta GA....THAT IS NOT MY ADDRESS!

Was I sent the wrong tracking number or did the rep I talked to over the phone send it to the wrong address?

It's Friday after closing hours so not sure who to talk to until I can call in on Monday.

K95 RGB Profil in Tastatur speichern

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe eine K95 RGB Firmware 1.15 und verwende die CUE 1.3.91.

Nachdem ich mir ein Profil mit 3 Mods erstellt habe und diese in Bezug auf Hintergrundbeleuchtung, Vordergrundbeleuchtung und ein paar Makros angepasst habe, wollte ich das Profil in der Tastatur speichern, damit das alles auch ohne laufende CUE funktioniert - was es laut Beschreibung ja auch soll. Hat es aber nicht :(: - zumindest nicht vollständig. Das Profil ist offenbar auf der Tastatur gelandet, denn die unterschiedlichen Hintergrundbeleuchtungen der drei Mods sind durch M1-M3 auch ohne laufende CUE abrufbar.

Das war´s dann aber auch schon. Vordergrundbeleuchtung, Makros und geänderte Tastenzuweisungen funktioneren nicht. Die funktionieren erst wieder, wenn die CUE gestartet ist.

Ich hab jetzt mal hier im Forum gestöbert. Damit geänderte Tastenzuweisungen in der Tastatur gespeichert werden, gibt es in der Software der K90 die Option "Harware Playback". So eine Option habe ich aber in der CUE nicht gefunden.

Funktioniert das (noch) nicht, oder mache ich was falsch? :confused:

500r Power Button Problem

Lately my computer has a tendency to not turn on at all when i push the power button. I've had the 500r case for about a year and a half. I think the problem might just be the button itself/the front control panel because I can just slap the side to get the button working. There are no problems while the computer is running and all the other front panel functions work, but I figure I should replace the front panel so I don't hit my computer too much.

Anyone think that the problem might involve something other than the front control panel? Really looking for a second opinion before I buy and install another panel.

Padlock 2 won't charge

Recently my Padlock 2's internal battery won't charge. I have to plug it in to unlock it. I even left it plugged in to my computer (unlocked) over night and when I unplugged it to test it the next morning it still did not work. I had to plug it in to unlock it. It's already out of warranty so I'm not sure what can be done.

(I already had to RMA my first one because it kept erasing itself and I would be forced to reformat it :mad: )

I wish the M65 was longer

Don't get me wrong I love my Corsair M65 RGB, but if there was one thing I could change it would be to make it longer. It's just a little too short in my opinion.

H80i: Extremely High Temps -- Thermal Paste?

Hi guys, I recently bought the H80i and I love it to death. However, when I opened Corsair link to check the temperatures while gaming, I got scared.

First, allow me specify that the cpu sensor seems to be malfunctioning, so I go with the Acer Motherboard temp. which according to HWMonitor, reads mu CPU temp. I did a search on Google and discovered that 70C is a an unsafe temperature for the CPU. But I have the fans nearly on max settings (2200RPM). I did some tempering and discovered that at 900RPM, the temperature only increases 8C.

Could this possibly be a sensor problem? Or perhaps I need to reapply thermal paste? I'm still new to PC building and any help would be greatly appreciated!

K70 - Unresponsive, missing keyclicks

Sometimes my keyclicks are not registering and i have to try mutiple times to click the keys before it registers. Usually get it on the 2nd click when it happens.. It seems to be random what keys and when it happens.

I've had the K70 (not RGB, red switches) for about 6 months it's been acting like this for about a month.

It dosn't seem like a "normal" hardware failure to me, as it registers maybe 99/100 keystrokes. But that is still a lot during a day that i hae to try and click mutiple times.

What should i try to do, to resolve the issue?

New H100i and PWM SP120 Perfomance. No Control over Fan Speed

As I have spent many hours trying to find out why my PWM SP120s plugged into my corsair link will not slow down from the maximum...

I can change my LED but my computer sounds like a jet engine at the moment and its really annoying that nothing I do in Corsair Link seems to affect fan speed.

I have it set up like so.

2 SP 120 PWM Performance plugged in to one Y Splitter.

1 Original H100i Fan plugged into the other.

1 Original H100i Fan plugged into the motherboard.

When I go to information on the fan it just says

Connected : Unknown

Even the H100i Pump says that.

Seems like I've just wasted a lot of money in this set up if your own PWM Fans cannot be controlled through your own software...

h55 performance decrease

i bought a corsair h55 before Christmas but didnt install it until the beginning of january, anyway i was amazed with it at first 19-23 degrees on idle and only 44-48 on load, however now theres a problem. I went away for a week from last monday until monday just gone and my cpu temps are now spiking and idle temps are fluctuating between 28-40 and my load temps are hitting 66, that's shambles, my stock cooler hit 66.......... the radiator is starting to get really hot and so are the pipes.

ambient temp has stayed the same around 24 and like i say my pc wasnt touched for a week so how can it start spiking all of a sudden.

CX 750 PSU Buzzing and Whining

I just did a major PC upgrade which has caused my CX 750 watt PSU to Buzz and whine in game. I am 100% sure that it is the PSU and not the GPU that is doing it. I bought the PSU 1 year ago and just recently upgraded my PC.

I can also hear the buzzing and whining in my headset which just makes it way way worse.

What should I do? Is there a way of getting my money back?

No stock of my dead keyboard???

My k70 keyboard has died and I requested an RMA. When I called up the customer care line (USA NUMBER!!!) I was greeted by a woman telling me that the k70 is out of stock and she will let me know via email once the item is back in stock followed by "can I help you with anything else today" What a fu**CKING Joke. Are you serious corsair??? You expect me to have no keyboard until you get the item back in stock????

This is ridiculous. I've never experienced anything of the sort. How long am i supposed to wait for you so that I can use my computer again? Do you expect your customers to go and buy another keyboard while we wait for you to get some stock of your own product?

This is beyond ridiculous. An absolute disgrace. I have spent upwards of a thousand pounds on corsair products for my computer and this is the sort of service I get when something goes wrong?? Not what you expect when you are paying top money for you products? I also just read that the closest RMA depo is in the Netherlands??? How much is it going to cost me to send the keyboard back?? will corsair be covering this. Get a UK number aswel. Completely useless.

Und da ist mir aufgefallen, dass meine MSI Karte (Oben) schon gerne mal sehr Warm wird und dann an die 80C kratzt, während die untere EVG Karte bei Sommerlichen 65-70 entpannt.

Daher wollte ich fragen, wie ihr das am besten Lösen würdet.

Ich hab mir gedacht, dass ich einen 100-120mm Lüfter direkt in die Grafikkarten zwischenraum pusten lassen, so dass es zur Slotblende hinten raus pustet. Hab dort auch schon geöffnet.

K70 RGB Keys seem to lag when pressed

Been encountering this problem recently(probably about 2-3 weeks), specifically when I'm playing Counterstrike:Global Offensive.

The issue is when I am pressing shift + A/D and my movement seems to be further than intended. Sorry if I am not sounding too clear. It feels like I am sliding :/

I'm not sure if it happened after the recent software update. My polling rate at the rear of the keyboard is set to '1'.

I have disabled sticky keys and cannot think of any other reason why this is happening.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

RMA status - no update after more than a week

I'll try to keep this short...

I had a pair of CORSAIR 8GB ram (total 16GB - rated@1.5Volt) my previous notebook that did not work for my new laptop as it requires 1.35Volt.

I requested for the change to a 1.35volt. CORSAIR was kind enough to approval this one-time change.

However, after a few to-and-fro shipment, I still did not get the correct part.

I was issued another ticket for this exchange.

Shipped out the ram on 16-Jan-2015.

The UPS updated delivery signed on 19-Jan-2015.

I attached the "proof of deliver" screenshot in this ticket on 21-Jan-2015.

Did not receive further update since 21-Jan-2015.

Been going back to this ticket to request for a status update buy there is no response from CORSAIR customer service.

It would be great if CORSAIR can expedite the shipment for the exchange ram.

The rma@corsairmemory.com email does not work and I have to leave a comment here seeking for CORSAIR's help.

K95 RGB Lighting Effects Pause

The lighting effects (such as megarainbow) pause whenever I lock my computer. I know "why" it happens, but I was wondering if there was any way around this.

K95 Rgb cherry red Keyboard issue

I recently just bought a k95 rgb corsair cherry red keyboard its a beautiful keyboard and all but one problem when I get off my pc for the day the keyboard shuts off then comes back on like 10 secounds later with the red keys and white wasd and arrow keys then starts making like a rainbow like wave or ripple pattern and it keeps doing it and I have no idea what to do please help?

Hey guys, I just recently put a computer together and was just needing a little guidance with some cooling options. I'm using a Corsair 450D Case and an H100i as my cpu cooler. I was just a little curious if I should use SP120 Quiet Edition fans instead of Af120 Quiet Edition fans. I know the H100i comes with stock 120mm fans that are kind of similar to the SP120's but I just wasn't too sure on what to go with.

I am also wondering if I should replace the stock front panel fans with 2 AF140 Quiet Edition Fans. I know the AF fans are better for cases than the SP ones are since the SP's are more for like radiators but what do you guys suggest? Also, probably gonna replace the rear fan with an AF120 Quiet Edition fan as well.

I'm mainly just looking for some guidance. Some of you might be using a setup similar to this so, so whatever you think or whatever has been working for ya just let me know. Looking to replace the fans as soon as possible, so if you guys have any suggestions I'm all ears. Oh, also was looking into some Noctua NF-F12 fans. Whatever suggestions you may have lettem' rip!

K95 RGB Macros Beyond the G keys

I have already loaded my G keys up with macros and would like to go farther. I am under the impression that a macro cannot be assigned to Ctrl+"Key". Can macros be assigned to a multiple key press or are they confined to any single key stroke?

Graphite 780T Seitenfenster verkratzt

Hallo Leute,

ich habe vor kurzem mein Graphite 780T erhalten. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass das Seitenfenster von Innen mehrere Kratzer hat. Mir ist bewusst, dass man dazu ein RMA Ticket aufmachen kann, allerdings habe ich an verschiedenen Stellen gelesen, dass man für den Austausch das zu reklamierende Seitenteil in die Niederlande versenden müsste, sodass man relativ hohe Versandkosten tragen muss.

Ist dies der Fall oder werden die Versandkosten erstattet?

Die einzige andere Möglichkeit wäre meine Hardware wieder auszubauen und das gesamte Gehäuse zurück an den Händler zu versenden, was natürlich deutlich aufwändiger wäre.

Aber es kann ja eigentlich nicht sein, dass ich die Kosten für defekt gelieferte Ware tragen müsste.

Kann mich jemand über das Prozedere aufklären?

Well, i will firstly apologize about my english, since it is not my native language.

So, i have a couple questions:

1) Does the k95 keyboard have/has (I dont really know), any compatibility problems with Windows 8.1?

2) Do you recomend me the m95 sensor for MOBAS?

3) Wich mouspead would you recomend me for it?

I was thinking in a hard plastic mousepad (MM400), however, it seems to be to fast for me. (I dont know if it is neccesary to be a hard plastic mousepad)

And before I forget, is the m95 suited for a Claw Grip?

Lighting on K95 crashing on startup

When I start up windows, my default profile loads. Everything seems fine for the first few seconds. My reactive typing is working (my keys turn white when I press them down). Then, not ten seconds from when CUE finally loads, my lighting freezes. If I had a key pressed down, that key stays white until I turn off my computer. I believe this is because I updated to 1.3.91. However, I tried rolling back to 1.3.70, and it still freezes. I can't find a way to uninstall my firmware; the status is "Malfunction". I can either load firmware (for which I can find no physical files), or I can just use the "update" button (which either doesn't work at all, or gets me to a mere 3% [why 3%?]). This, among other issues (I'm still waiting for my promised 16.8 million colors...) is making my purchase of the K95 one of my most regretted buys of 2014. Only occasionally does switching from BIOS and back work (and sometimes it crashes yet again), but that shouldn't even have to be done. Please, Corsair, fix your software instead of breaking it even more.

Blown TX650 and Warranty/RMA issue

i have a strange situation with a blown Corsair TX650 and the local shop/reseller regarding the RMA/Warranty policy and i would like some info.

The PSU was purchased about a year ago, around winter 2013 with a 5 year Corsair warranty. Yesterday the PSU shortcircuited. Today i went to the tech-support of the local shop/corsair reseller and after they checked it was blown (actually the power in the tech-department was shut down after they plugged it in, lol) they offered me an instant replacement with the Corsair VS650!! They said that Corsair's RMA pricing policy puts the TX650 at around 50-60 euros current price so they cant give me an equally priced Corsair model like the CS650M or maybe the RM650. Note that I bought TX650 a year ago at 110 euros. They also informed me after a long talk and pressure that they can also send it for RMA to Corsair but its going to take a long time, blah blah..

So my question is this. Does Corsair underprices the older models which are still in warranty so far less than their original value? What kind of pricing policy is this? Are the resellers lying to me? If yes then is Corsair aware of this "RMA" malpractice? Shouldnt they offered me the exact product i bought or at least one of equal quality/price? If i send the PSU myselft for RMA and since TX650 is out of stock is there a chance that i would get a VS650 as a replacement?

The bottom line is, of course, that I am not going to accept a replacement of a 110 euro PSU to that of a half value like the VS650. I am also thinking of sending the PSU for RMA to Corsair myself, maybe open an express replacement ticket cause i need this fast and pay the shipping myself. I am not letting the shop send it for RMA for free and wait god knows how long. But i would like an official response from Corsair regarding this RMA tactic cause it seems out of this world.

Can't hear any audio or mic

Just this year I received the Corsair H2100 Headset on Christmas... It is a great headset.. but just this morning I was playing a game and my audio randomly froze after I went to go and power down my headset.. The charging light was staying orange and now I can't hear anything out of the headset.. i need help on ways to troubleshoot this problem

K65 (non RGB) Handballenauflage nachkaufen

ich habe mir kürzlich die K65 geholt und muss sagen ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Das Design und die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut (davor Razer gehabt).

Schade finde ich es, dass es für die K65 RGB die Handballenauflage gibt und außerdem für die K70 und K95 nachkaufbar ist, aber nicht für die K65.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen wenn die Auflage auch für die K65& K65 RGB nachkaufbar wäre.

Seems Corsair LINK just bricked another H80i

I fear that its over, after a update to the latest version of Corsair LINK 2.7.5361 i had trouble with getting the software to detect the H80i, i had to change USB to get it to work.

Once it found the H80i it was so kind to ask if it should update the firmware from v1.00 to 1.07 but after a while it said it was a failed update. Sure it was, the led on the pump didnt light up anymore and bios complains about the cpu fan not working.

Nothing detects any corsair items on USB anymore, SIV did before the update.

The pump seems to pump so maybe i can continue to use it.

Are there any recovery from this?

I'v had this PSU for around 3 days was fine up until today. Now heres my problem. I know it is hard to hear in the video but it is much louder in real life. The fan is making this noise;

I have tried turning all cpu power saver settings off in Bios.. Booted in safe mode. Nothing works. This is the 2nd time this has happened after being replaced already. The noise gets louder randomly, under load and idle, even makes the sound when nothing but a case fan is connected to it (using paperclip trick) Sounds like the fan to me? Is there anything i can do besides RMA again?

I have a question/problem...

I just bought a Corsair H60 cooling system. I have an AMD Phenom II X4 920 Processor on a Gigabyte motherboard with a AM2+ (940) socket.

The parts that came with the H60 cooling system will not work. (Unable to secure it to the motherboard with what came with it)

What is my best option?

Is there a Corsair cooling system that will work with my set up?

Or is there a way to make the one I have work?

K70 RGB switching profiles by its self

My K70 RGb is switching between the default profile (Red with White/Red fading WASD and Arrow keys) and the Ultimate Rainbow profile, which I have actually set to be default. It seems to happen when I close programs. If I close Chrome and have nothing else open, other than the startup itmes, it goes to default. If I open it again it goes back to Ultimate Rainbow. Same goes if I open the CUE and close it again.

I've tried unplugging it as well as restarting my PC. Any other ideas?

EDIT: Sometimes clicking on the desktop after closing CUE seems to reset it back to Ultimate Rainbow.

CX600 problem with motherboard

Hi all,

An year and 2 months ago, i bougth and built my PC. After an year the motherboard (ASRock B75 Pro3) died, i sent it back to ASRock and they sent me a new one. I used it about 2 weeks and it died again !!

So i wanted to know if perhaps the power supply (CX600) was the problem? Could the powersupply still be working and damaging the motherboard at the same time?

M65 group changing?

I recently got the Corsair gaming M65 rgb mouse and I just had a small question, in a profile I have multiple lighting groups and it seems that I can't select the group that I want to use. For example I have 1 profile and I have 3 different groups: "All", "rainbow" and "pink/blue" when I click the "pink/blue"

one it doesn't do anything, it is still using the "rainbow one".

What do I need to do?

Corsair Hydro h105 Problème ?

Je viens d'acheter le kit Hydro h105 pour mon processeur i7-4790k @ 4.4Ghz et j'ai plusieurs questions (C'est mon 1er kit watercooling)

1) Lors de l'installation j'ai remarqué qu'il y avait du jeu entre les visses et la plaque arrière de la carte-mère (Ce jeu disparait quand le waterblock est vissé). Normal ?

2) Le kit est fixé sur le dessus d'un boitier Corsair 800d et j’ai un gros problème de vibration qui provient apparemment d’un des tuyaux (l’autre vibre beaucoup moins)

Cette vibration remonte jusqu’au radiateur et fait vibrer le haut du boitier (les rondelles fournies avec le kit sont placés)

J’ai essayé de brancher la pompe sur la carte-mère et en direct sur l’alimentation (Corsair AX1200) mais le tuyau vibre exactement de la même manière. (La pompe tourne à environ 1850 rpm)

La vibration vient du tuyau du haut quand le logo Corsair est droit.

3) En idle, mon processeur est à environ 30°

Quand je lance un jeu il ne dépasse pas les 70° mais j’ai une différence de température de 10-11° entre le core le plus chaud et le plus froid.

Quand je lance la dernière version de Prime95, il atteint pratiquement instantanément les 100° (ventilateur à fond)

difference between a profile and a mode

Can someone describe the difference between a profile and a mode and how to manage export and import? In my brief experience it seems it is better to import and export modes instead of profiles as with modes you only get the data related to that mode where as if you export a profile your will get every mode in the profile. Am I missing something?

K95 RGB K95 RGB, annoying detection sound

I had my K95 RGB for about half a year now. The problem occurs after I connect it with my new pc. I am using the latest CUE. It runs perfectly on my old pc.

The keyboard can type fine. However if I press the profile keys like M1, M2 and M3; or the brightness adjustment key (which I use more often). The windows always response me with a typical USB detection sound as there is a new USB device being inserted.

Same sound can be heard if I am using profiles with changing light effects. Therefore I can only stick with static backlighting profiles.

I am using win7 home premium the K95 was connected through 2 USB 2.0 extension cables. But I do tried to connect it without using the extension cables, directly into USB3.0, no help.

I would like to know, could someone help? Am I having a faulty k95 or that was the problem of software setting?

I got a pair of 1500's today, and every time I breath it plays it back to me and it is EXTREMELY annoying. It doesn't playback any other input, just that. Is there any way to fix this?

PSU connections for R9-295X2 to AX860

I've just ordered a R9-295X2 to put into my system and I have been told the AX860 is quite capable of supporting it if I'm not intending on overclocking anything in my system. However the card needs 2 PCI PSU connections that carry at least 28Amps each totalling 50 Amps at the card, so I'm wondering which 2 connectors would be best to use off the PSU?

So I'm not sure how the Amperage and Voltage is spread across the connections on the PSU and was wondering which connections would be best. Commander Mini/Corsair Link unable to set fan speed

Everything shows up. Info on they Corsair H100i is there.

Clicking on a fan and setting the mode to "Quiet" or "Performance" does nothing.

Right clicking in the system tray and setting all fans to "quiet" or "performance" also does nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas on why this would be?

Any suggestions on how to fix the issue?

The consensus around the forum seems to be that the Corsair Link "has issues". Just wait for an update to the software?

Can't RMA Refurb M90 after 90 days?

I bought my M90 for corsair.com, and it has the inevitable scroll wheel problem. Has anyone had any success in getting an RMA outside of the 90 day window?

Anyone had this corrupt video memory thing?

This happens when I open Cue and select a mode. Worst part is it stays there until I reboot.

Cant Get Ram to Run at XMP Profile

Trying to Get Ram to Run at 1600Mhz, which is the XMP profile for this ram

CML16GX3M4A1600C9 it will only run stable at default JEDEC setting of 1333mhz. if i set it to XMP profile and it sets the RAM to what its supposed to be, windows boots but then blue screens and restarts or freezes.

the blue screen are either IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

or PAGE FAULT

if i leave the default JEDEC setting with everything to auto it boots fine and runs normal no errors but runs at 1333mhz

H60 Hose Location

I have just fitted the H60 2013 version to my case with hose at bottom of radiator as per the instructions, what difference in performance would it make if I turned the radiator around with the hoses at the top, when the hose is at the bottom it blocks the pcie slot so it cannot be used.

S.M.A.R.T. shows strange errors

I've bought new 240G Neutron GTX (firmware M311). When I run smartctl it shows clean values for attributes but it also shows the last 5 errors. According to their numbers and time of their appearance they appear every time when BIOS tries to initialize drive.

Multiple liquid coolers in an Obsidian 450D?

My current game PC is built inside an Obsidian 450D, with the H100i mounted inside the case on the top panel. Looking around at speculation about new video cards coming later this year, it appears that one of the high-end cards I'd be looking at might use a liquid cooling setup that feeds to a 120mm radiator/fan setup similar to the H60/H80 coolers from Corsair. I *think* there shouldn't be an issue fitting something like that in the 450D with the H100i already installed, but has anyone had experience with a setup like this?

So yesterday i purchased this ( http://ift.tt/1lT9pHZ ) and today I'm just looking into seeing how i am going to mount this to my current system.

I am building a gaming system but I'm getting the parts piece by piece since i don't have a job nor 2600$ in total. So I'm working on parts slowly. So anyhow the actual question is this.

Does that SSD come with a mounting bracket? If not It's all good, I've seen some Corsair SSD's on YouTube and the one or two i did see came with one so just wondering. If it does it will save me time lol

M65 RGB Linux Problems

Hi, I bought a M65 RGB mouse and wanted to use it with Linux. I'm running Manjaro. When I boot the system, I get an error "[...] usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed: -1". Do you guys know what is the problem? After some seconds, the system boots and I can use the mouse, but it is anoying. Thanks and greets

Lock Fn Key? (K65 RGB)

Is it possible to lock the Fn key using CUE? I'd like a profile to invert F9, F10, F11, F12 and make them act as media keys; holding the Fn key will then treat them as F9, F10 etc

Is this possible?

EDIT: I've remapped the media keys easy enough, but I want to retain teh original F key functions when I hold down Fn

K70 RGB goes to default profile when on lock screen.

I've just got a K70 RGB keyboard and have a pretty cool profile on. However, when I lock my pc it seems to revert to the default profile and then when I unlock it, it goes back to normal.

Any ideas on what this is, maybe a bug, or am I missing a setting or something?

K95 RGB Change colors based on NumLock mode?

I'm playing with my shiny new K95-RGB, and Search isn't revealing any clues, and I suspect I may be asking a bit too much, but...

I'd love to have a way to have the number pad key colors change depending on whether NumLock is on, or off.

For example, let's say I have a "Numbers" group (number keys on the top row) with the color green, and an "Arrows" group (arrow keys) with the color White. And I have a separate "NumPad" group with the number pad keys.

What I'd like is: if NumLock is on, then NumPad turns green, and if NumLock is off, NumPad turns white.

Do-able?

Lighting Node shows as H100

Hi Guys,

The other day (about 2 weeks ago) I updated my Link software to the latest version v2.7.536, everything seemed to work fine and was looking good.

Then 2 days ago I went to change my lighting profiles and found that something strange was happening. It kept prompting me to update unknown devices. So I did as it asked and then all hell broke loose as my fans ramped up to full and my lighting settings changed.

I went into the profile and edited it so that they were back on quite mode again. I noticed all my dials and led indicators were bugged and that i couldn't set the lights at all.

So I reinstalled the software removing old profiles. Now all my dials were wrong again.

So reinstalled again the same way but this time with my lighting node and cooling nodes disconnected. I plugged in my cooling node and that appeared correctly in the devices area and the dials were showing correctly. I then plugged in the lighting node and it showed up as H100 and the dials added to system tab were a H100 pump showing 0 rpm a H100 Temp 1 and a H100 Fan 1 that's rpm jumping all over the place.

So now apparently my Lighting node thinks its a H100 and I can't use the software to adjust my lights only the manual switch which means opening the case each time ...

I have never owned a H100 so I don't know what the hell is going on now.

Hi, eigentlich wollte ich das RAM-KIT als "Express-Ersatz" reklamieren, da ich aber keine Kreditkarte habe, musste ich in meinem Fall als normal machen.

Man muss dummerweise auch beide RAMs als KIT zurück schicken :-(

Ich dachte, ich würde schon RAM von irgendjemand ausleihen könnte, aber niemand aus meinem Kreis könnte mir 4GB DDR3 für 2 Wochen ausborgen.

Ohne Rechner kann ich weder arbeiten noch gescheit studieren, für 4GB RAM für 2 Wochen kaufen dann wieder verkaufen finde ich irgendwie total blöd ...

Hättet Ihr eine Idee, wie ich das Problem lösen kann?

Corsair RM750 and GTX 970 Sli

I'm new to the community, so please correct me if I am posting in the wrong place or have violated the forum rules.

I've been doing a lot of research on the RM750 recently, because I plan to SLI GTX 970s within the next month; however I discovered that my RM750 is one of the faulty models (http://ift.tt/1ky70gY), where the fan will not turn on when the load is greater than 40%, but should not pose a problem if I do not plan to work under heavy loads. I've contacted Corsair today regarding the RM and waiting for a reply.

My primary question...is this PSU is good enough to SLI GTX 970's? If so, will it put my PSU under a load where the fan should turn on (Should turn on greater than 40% load). I'm curious to see if I need to go through the RMA process to fix/replace the RM750 before I try to SLI.

I'm currently running:

I5-4670K (not overclocked yet)

MSI GTX 970 4g Gaming

8 GB DDR3 1600

Samsung Evo 500 GB SSD

According to my calculations the wattage for SLI 970s would be 145W x 2 + 130W for other components in my case for a total of 420W, which would put the load at 56% (420/750). According to others who have had the older RM750, the PSU will hard shutdown under certain loads. I have yet to test the load as my rig currently runs below 40% and have had no issues, but I'm more concerned with potential issues after I SLI.

hab im Dezember 2013 das Corsair Carbide Series Schwarz 300R Mid PC Gehäuse gekauft, schönes gehäuse der platz für Kabel auf den Kabelmanagement seite ist etwas kanpp. (unten der SSD anschluss)

Aber schon nach einem jahr schlich sich ein Fehler mit dem Ein Aus SChalter ein.

Er ***tioniert häufig nicht auf den Druck Mechanismus, ich schalg dann immer leicht von links aufm Rechner und nach nen paar versuche gehts. Jetzt wackeln aber die lüfter ect. durch die Vibration und der Kaputte Hauptschalter ist nun mehr als Störend. Die ganze Kiste klappert mittlerweile :S

Wie kann man das Problem mit dem AN AUS KNopf fixen.

Kleine Zusatzinformation bevor man ihn nicht mehr Einschalten konnte ist die Knopfdruck Herunterfahr Funktion ausgefallen.

Good morning to everyone, i applogyse if this is not the right place to post this, i just bough a k95 RGB na model and im unnable to load profiles, everytime i load one ( cleaned and adapted for k95 ) i get a "lightnings conflict error" and i need to close the program via the administrator since it wont stop showing this message no matter how many times i click it. I have uninstalled and installed at least 7 times and still cant load profiles, i have tried older versions, tried with both usb 3.0 and 2.0 as instructions tell and yet nothing, this is starting to get a little frustrating and i am regreting buying this, am i doing something wrong ?.

New to the Corsair Vengeance C70 case and surprised it doesn't have a case speaker to monitor mobo issues.

K95 RGB - Fullscreen programs unfreeze lights.

Hey guys, I'm not sure if my issue is similar to anyone else's.

So what happens is that when I first boot up to windows, the lights on the keyboards are frozen.

To unfreeze the keyboard, I have to open a full screen program/game e.g. CS:GO, Dota 2, or any other non-steam game. When the program is opened, the lights work fine. Even if I alt-tab and change it to different profiles, the lights still work. However once I close the application, the keyboard's lights freezes up again and remains stuck. If I'm lucky the lights start to working again after opening and closing the game.

Does anyone else have this issue or have any ideas of a fix for it? Or am I out of luck, until Corsair decides to fix it's software?

K70 RGB Is there a cool+modest profiles available?

Some of us don't like the disco shows or rainbow effects. They're cool alright but rainbows and fast flashing lights are pretty annoying when you have to watch it all the time. So guys, is there a cool and modest profiles available?

I attached my profile which I made. It's just basicly three layers: outside layer is white. After that comes pink layer and after that 2 rows of red. I think the colours are pretty good and doesn't interrupt your working too much.

The profile has only one simple effect when you press a key a yellow solid effect appears and fades away slowly. Its made for nordic (europe) layout.

If someone likes this color scheme and wants to make it more cooler, it would be super! Also it would be cool to see other modest profiles. :cool:

SP120 fans with PWM?

After an hour of google and sticky reads, I'm gonna need confirmation on this: Are the latest AF/SP 120s from CORSAIR COMPATIBLE with corsair link software? In other words, 4 pin PWM fans WILL work exactly as the stock fans do in Corsair link with the H100i?

Older posts seem to say they are INCOMPATIBLE with CL. I personally love Corsair link, as it's simple to use and I like the interface, so before getting "all pretty" with buying blue ring SP120s, I need confirmation on the subject.

K95 RGB K95 RGB Importing profile issues

Hey everyone, I recently bought a k95 RGB keyboard and so far its been great, except for 1 major issue.

I CANNOT IMPORT ANY PROFILES IN CUE

Everytime i try to import a new profile ( yes i make sure they are k95 profiles) i get the same error, right after i click on add new/update about 100 times, i am given an ID ERROR that tells me the profile was imported successfully but had some issues, which always leaves me with a black led lighting that does not display any colors at all. I've tried many profiles and nothing has worked, and I've tried many solutions, I always get the same plain black keyboard profile that does not display any leds.

Any help would be much appreciated.

K65 Mouse Freezes after I lift it

I have tried changing the lift height but it didn't help

K70 RGB Just bought my K70 RGB last week and damaged some keys!

I got some food on the WASD and 1-6 red textured keys so I tried washing them. The water was too hot and now my keys warped!

Really upset about this, as I spent $215 on this keyboard and I had to sell items just to be able to afford it. I loved those keys but I can't afford to spend any more.

K70 RGB Not detected

I've seen a couple of threads about this, but no solutions for my particular problem, since most people discovered it was not the RGB keyboard they were using. Basically, the CUE doesn't think my keyboard is there.

I've used the CUE before with my M65 RGB mouse. Prior to posting here I have updated, and then uninstalled and re-installed the CUE software. But my K70 is not showing up in the program. I've seen suggestions for updating the firmware for the keyboard, but I have no idea how to go about that without the CUE.

I've submitted a ticket with Corsair, but it can take up to 2 days for a response, so I was hoping someone here may be able to help me out.

H100i not detected and fans not working

I recently purchased a used H100i and I can't get it working properly. I'm trying to determine whether the cooler itself is faulty or something else (bios settings?) that could be causing my issues.

Everything is plugged in correctly I am 100% sure. The fans don't work when connected to the block, they work connected to the mobo though. Also the LED's don't work on the block. From what I've been told the LED should be on regardless if the corsair link cable cable is connected. Also the corsair link software will not detect the cooler.

I have the latest version of corsair link and have updated my mobo bios to the latest. My motherboard is an MSI Big Bang X-Power II

Correct size for custom link image

I would like to use a picture I took as my custom image in Corsair Link but it doesn't fit right.

I took it with my Galaxy S5 and 1080p images are way too big for this.

Anyone else having certain keys not entirely white?

RM850 case overheating - Will Corsair Link solve it?

Please note that this is a different issue than this well-known one with the RMs. I'm not getting any shutdowns.

I found that a problem with the "Silent Fan Mode" of the RM850 (and doubtless the RM750) is that the PSU is no longer venting the case if the load is less than 40% which would cause the fan to run, so if the system was relying on this additional circulation, the components could overheat. The system that I have the RM850 in became very hot due to this... I will be improving the case fans obviously.

If it will allow me to control the fan speed and override Silent Fan Mode, I would also like to install Corsair Link. Is this Corsair Link Accessory Cable Kit all that is required to do this, or will I need something else?

LEDs Blinking on k70

Hey so I've got a problem that probably can't be fixed but I'd like to ask about anyway. So I recently bought a Vengeance k70, but when I got home and plugged it in, the leds seem to flicker when I look around. If I keep my eyes still then they seem fine, but as soon as I change my view they become very distracting with the flashing. Instead of being a solid trail of where the lights were, it looks like a bunch of different images of the keyboard. This makes it near impossible to focus on one key without keeping my eye completely still, and is very inhibiting on doing anything on-screen.

I know this doesn't happen on Razer's blackwidow ultimate and from the second I saw of the k70 RGB I don't think it happens on that one either. So I'm just wondering if there's any way to fix this without trading my current keyboard in for the RGB.

Corsair K70 RGB input delay on Spacebar

I just got my K70 RGB and I've noticed that sometimes there is a delay when using the speacebar. Sometimes it takes a second to register and it can cause it to input the space a character late. I'll try to use some examples below.

Sometimes something like that can happen. It happens in almost every sentence I type. If I just press the space bar on its own, I can notice a delay on the little flashing indicator on screen too.

The "_" symbol will be for when the spacebar is pressed and the "-" will be for the time between when the spacebar is pressed. (_ = Pressed) (- = Not pressed)

So if I was to type "A" followed by "Space" it should look like this.

But it would end up looking like this

There doesn't seem to be any specific time between when it happens. Its not me typing too fast either, as I'm pretty slow. I doesn't happen on any other keyboard I have either.

I will be RMA-ing (if possible) my keyboard anyway, as it arrived with a scratch in the aluminium by the screw under the spacebar and the logo was glossy black instead of chrome (sails logo). I just wanted to know if this is just a normal characteristic that someone else has experienced, or if its just my board being defective as it already has two other issues.

M65 RGB mouse pointer not responding

Everything else on the device works...lighting and buttons. All of a sudden when I woke my PC up today the mouse cursor was not responding to movement. I've tried re-installing and re-downloading everything and nothing has worked! Do I have any other options other than RMA?

Hi, so I bought this headset last year and I love them. today I notice a rattling sound in the right ear cup, sounds like a piece of plastic.

its not all the time, just when I move my head back or forward.

I am new to Corsair peripherals, not to there memory. Quick Hist, Submariner 79 to 86, Night club lighting designer/installer until 89 or so and concert tour lighting then on to moving lights. Became Disabled in 2000 and started working on mom and pop rigs. 15 years later my son has an I7 monster he built, made me proud. The student has become the teacher.

He and my wife know I miss the stage, yes crappy food, no sleep and our rule. The show must go on! So I have been using RGB LEDS around here and there just playing. Then a few weeks after Yule this K70 RGB keyboard shows up. So after downloading the users manual and browsing the 135 pages!

So my challenge is to recreate some of my shows using the keyboard as my stage and control console. Hey I'm 54 now let a guy play around that's what a expensive and very cool keyboard is for. Yeah I know:toomuchin

Corsair Vengeance 2100 disconnecting/messing with internet

Hey I have an issue with my headset if anyone can help

I know the headphones have a 10 hour battery charge and the headset starts beeping when it gets low. But after 4-5 hours of straight usage, they begin to completely lose wireless connection for 5-10 seconds. Also when this happens, my wireless internet skips a beat or disconnects for a few seconds. It gets really annoying and I use skype quite often so I need the headphones for that. I don't know if it's an issue with the wireless connection interfering with my internet or not. It's really weird.

I use a D-link wireless internet usb and I have a Bell Canada router. Please help.

Need help importing profiles

Hey everyone!

I just got my K70 RGB and am learning how to find my way around the software but I am feeling pretty stupid when I cant figure out how to even import a profile. In CUE, when I click the profiles tab, nothing happens at all. I would expect there to be an Import/Export profiles option, but nothing is happening. Thank you so much to anybody that helps!
