question

Good morning to everyone, i applogyse if this is not the right place to post this, i just bough a k95 RGB na model and im unnable to load profiles, everytime i load one ( cleaned and adapted for k95 ) i get a "lightnings conflict error" and i need to close the program via the administrator since it wont stop showing this message no matter how many times i click it. I have uninstalled and installed at least 7 times and still cant load profiles, i have tried older versions, tried with both usb 3.0 and 2.0 as instructions tell and yet nothing, this is starting to get a little frustrating and i am regreting buying this, am i doing something wrong ?.
