Hello,



I called in to pay for the express payment option so you can send me my replacement RAM before I send in my faulty ones.

I used the tracking number they sent me in the email on FEDEX's website and the tracking information says it was signed and delivered to Atlanta GA....THAT IS NOT MY ADDRESS!



Was I sent the wrong tracking number or did the rep I talked to over the phone send it to the wrong address?



It's Friday after closing hours so not sure who to talk to until I can call in on Monday.

I still have yet to send in my old RAM because I currently need the working RAM sticks for the system I'm using until I get the new replacements.



Please help.
