K70 RGB switching profiles by its self

My K70 RGb is switching between the default profile (Red with White/Red fading WASD and Arrow keys) and the Ultimate Rainbow profile, which I have actually set to be default. It seems to happen when I close programs. If I close Chrome and have nothing else open, other than the startup itmes, it goes to default. If I open it again it goes back to Ultimate Rainbow. Same goes if I open the CUE and close it again.



I've tried unplugging it as well as restarting my PC. Any other ideas?



EDIT: Sometimes clicking on the desktop after closing CUE seems to reset it back to Ultimate Rainbow.
