This is my personal computer at home, which I built at the end of last year.
The Corsair components I used are:
Corsair - AX1200i Power Supply
Corsair - Vengeance 64gb 1600mhz memory
Corsair - 900D case
The entire list of specs are:
Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K
Case: Corsair 900D
Cooling: Complete custom loop with water blocks on both video cards, motherboard, and CPU
Motherboard: ASUS Rampage IV Extreme
RAM: 64 GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 (8 x 8 GB)
GPU: 2x MSI 7870
Boot drive: 256 GB Samsung 840 Pro
Secondary drive: Backed up to a 21TB NAS
Power supply: Corsair AX1200i
Monitor: Auria 27" IPS 2560x1440
Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Z
Operating system: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit
Keyboard: Logitech G710+ (Browns all the way!)
Mouse: Razer Mamba
Headphones: Sennheiser HD280 Pro
Mousemat: Corsair MM200
Water Cooling:
EK CSQ Nickel Rampage IV Extreme block
2 x EK CSQ Nickel 7870 blocks
EK CSQ Nickel Supremacy CPU block
EK CSQ FC Parallel Bridge
Alphacool NexXxos UT60 360mm radiator
Alphacool NexXxos UT60 480mm radiator
MCP655 variable speed pump with Bitspower mod kits
EK 250ml reservoir
Bitspower rotary angle fittings + Monsoon compression fittings
Primochill tubing with distilled water + Mayhems Dye
7 x Gentle Typhoon fans @ 7v
3 x Corsair AF120L fans @ 7v
I am running every fan at 7v since I have enough radiator real estate to make up for it, so the system is nearly inaudible. All of the fans are attached to power splitting PCBs in the back and basement.
Extras:
Custom mid-plate for pump and thru-tubing.
All cables disassembled and sleeved by me, custom 24 pin cable made from scratch.
Lutro0 Customs sleeving products and pins/connectors.
BitFenix LED strips (white) in the top.
Many many hours of time :)
The inspiration for this build came from my enthusiasm for computers, and my recent move to Texas, as I wanted to complete it by Quakecon. I ended up finishing it the weekend before Quakecon 2013 and you can see it made it to Quakecon in the 5th picture
I am hoping this will be my main computer for quite a few years to come, with some upgrades here and there. It is my pride and joy, and of course my girlfriend understand.. I think :p:
(Last note: The midplate does not attach with any fasteners and did not require any cutting, screwing, drilling, etc to install, it just simply sits there, so it should qualify for the Water Cooling category)
Thank you everyone!
