Corsair CS 550M connection dilemma - need help

My Fractal Design ARC Mini R2 has a built-in fan controller(5v,7v,12v switch), with a molex connector. The CS 550M has two 6-pin Sata/Peripheral sockets, and one 6-pin PCI-E socket. Which socket should I use for the fan controller connection?
