gefälscht, kaputt oder normal?

Installiert sind zwei Riegel CML16GX3M2A1600C10.

Laut Spezifikation sollten das PC3-12800 Riegel sein.

Im CPU-Z wird aber mit unter MAX Bandwith nur PC3-10700 (667 MHz) angezeigt. Hardcopy ist angefügt.

Ist das normal oder habe ich eine Fälschung?
