Cracked V2000 Headset

So i've overheard many cases in the early days where the plastic above the ear cup of these headsets have cracked and unfortunately mine has too since a couple days ago =(

I've cherished and babied these since the day of purchase like all my other peripherals so I cannot explain this other than something to do with the build quality.



I've submitted an RMA request, my ticket number is 6553374. Could a staff check it for me please?

If this goes through one of my main concerns is the shipping fee though, as I live in New Zealand and that could be a problem :(:
