So, I'm trying to set up my M65- I've downloaded the M65 Firmware Update program so I can customize the mouse buttons in the software, but when I try and update it, it says: Cannot open USB device, please plug the device into a USB port or reinstall driver!
The mouse works fine though, it's just not letting me run the program. I've tried plugging it in to both USB2 and USB3 ports, no difference.
Any ideas?
