RMA Suport Ticket 6552940

Hello,



I have just made an RMA request for an AX850 that has developed a fault, and I am to receive a response within two days.



However, there is no option to add further details to the ticket, although I would like to request a per-paid shipping label to be sent to the UK.



Would it be possible to have the request added to the ticket through the forums?
