Should I send my SSD to RMA ?

Yesterday i bought a Corsair Force LS 240gb.I immediately installed Windows 8 x64 and benchmarked the disk.



Results are definitely lower than internet review sites and i encountered an error in HD Tune ''Reallocated Event Count =2'' and gave me a warning sign.



I'm really upset and i don't know what to do.



I added some SS for you to check.
