Trouble with new H100i

I've done everything. From REGEDIT's to restarting the computer thousands of times. I even uninstalled/re installed Corsair Link like 4 times.. and nothings working. I can't change my FAN speeds, can't change the LED, can't do anything :\.

I have a feeling it has to do with the cheap crappy Asrock board. Asrock 980de3/u3s3 is the boards name.
