Microphone Volume so low! Corsair Vengeance 1500v2

I cranked the microphone to 100, and people can barely hear me



I decided to use 3rd party software to boost the microphone higher, and now I can hear myself on twitch, but I always hear tons of white noise which makes it unbearable.



Is there any hope or should I just return to amazon for my 80 bucks back?
