Thinking about buying the H110iGT but a few questions

Going to put it into my 540 case and for a i7 3820 overclocked which I don't think it needs at all but I'm hoping with the overkill cooling power I can set it at a low fan speed for a very quiet operation. Also can I set the fan speed at a constant fan speed thru the Link soft wear while using the Sabertooth X79 motherboard? Also if I have already have a Commander mini in the case will having too many Commanders get the software confused at all?
