K95 Troubles with K95 (Non RGB)

Hello, Recently I received a Corsair K95 (Non RGB, Red switches) and I've run into an odd problem. For some reason the shift plus the - key will not activate the underscore, Just nothing happens. And the same goes for shift plus =, No plus sign appears. I updated the firmware and the problem still occurs. Unsure how to go about troubleshooting that.
