I've only had this headset for about 5 months but one day I lifted it off my head and part of the frame cracked and the earbud section came loose from the rest of the frame.

I put in for a standard RMA and it said it was approved but I wanted to know is the postage label it gives you prepaid? If not how do you get one, also worried because after googling this seems like a common issue so what's to stop it from happening with a replacement one?
