Corsair Vegeance 2100 charging issue

Hey there,



So, I picked up a new Corsair Vengeance 2100 headset today. When I first plugged it in to charge I got a solid amber light. I then hit the on/off switch and all the light went out.



Now my issue is that no lights will come back on at all and I can not get the headset to charge.



Any suggestions or help would be awesome.
