Corsair Vengeance 2100 - why the delay when windows boots?

Corsair Vengeance 2100 on latest sofware, takes around 10 seconds to work after windows boots, why is this? and can anything be done?



when my pc boots i have to wait before i can open TeamSpeak, anything to improve this?
