H80i fan speed does not seem to matter?

Hey all, i just got a H80i a few days ago and despite the software pains i have gotten it to work. the issue? im having is that weather the fans are in quiet mode or set to maximum speed makes no difference in the cpu temp. In either case the cpu stays under load (bf4 64 player map for 1+ hour) at 56 +/- 5 degrees C. (i have also run prime95 benchmark for 30+ mins) cpu rind closer to 75C with that bun results stay the same



Shouldn't the fan speed have any effect on the cpu temp?
