K70 and many LED died

how to fix this issue i cant sent it cuze i live in Iraq , i had ordered it from amazon with heavy cost 240$ so i want fix it by myself to avoid cost of shipment back ... :mad:

also i need that LEDs where can i find it from Amazon or ?

number died LEDs is: 8
